Do I need a Farmer's Market Food Permit?

Farmer's Market Food Permits are only required for homebased vendors wishing to sell homemade ready to eat products. Farmers Market permits are $60 and must be obtained 14 days prior to first Market Day set up or a $50 late fee will be assessed.

Homebased food vendor's may be required to have a Certified Food Handler. A copy of the Certified Food Handlers Certificate will need to be submitted with application and fee prior to first Market Day set up.
